 Our warranty is straight forward and simple. We have the lowest failure rate in the industry, and only use most strict Kaizan quality control. We are RoHS and ISO certified. This allows us to offer to the public a one year no hassle exchange warranty. The set-top box is covered from any manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date the unit is purchased.
Return Merchandise Authorization
All our products are 100% original. WE DO NOT SELL CLONES! All products will come with a manufacturer warranty. If the product happens to be dead-on-arrival (DOA), we will replace it. Defective items will be replaced with the same item. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item either by phone or by email. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs (to us, and return shipping as well). Buyer must contact us for a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to shipping it back. Packages without an RMA # will be refused and rejected.
Return Policy
A replacement will be issued for DOA items. Returns are accepted up to 14 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Returns must be sent back with all original equipment, accessories, parts (including manufacturer packaging material), and in brand new/resalable condition. Returns will NOT be accepted for any items with third party software loaded on them, as this voids the original manufacturer warranty. In addition to all shipping costs, the buyer will be charged a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. Note on returns – When returning an item, we suggest you insure the package and use a courier that offers tracking. We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

We do not provide or condone the use of third party software. Our satellite receivers are designed and intended for the reception of unencrypted free-to-air channels. Our free-to-air receivers are intended for use with manufacturer authorized software only. Loading third party software onto the receivers will void the manufacturer warranty. We will refuse sale to anyone whom we believe intends to use our product illegally or sell our products for illegal use.
